Well....you can either look at the source code and do a search for "themes" and look at whats after the / Or you can use http://whatwpthemeisthat.com OR this is just a spam post to get people to look at your page.

It's been modified and renamed.
They probably downloaded the theme for free, then modified the css and php to remove all the notes from the developer. Probably a good idea if your profiting off a site utilizing a stolen theme.
Thanks for the sarcasm but I'm looking for the original theme, not what he renamed it to jackass.
And yes, I expected millions of people to look at my exciting thread and then visit my page. Got me there.

It doesn't seem like this theme is anything spectacular.... you could always try the social engineering approach and just ask the site owner (or follow the link at the bottom of the page to the designer site?) Say "wow, your site is awesome. I'm making a school project and I hope to be able to make awesome sites like this some day. Did you use a wordpress theme? If so, which one? Thanks, blah blah name from blah blah high school."

Yeah, no doubt! Judging by what the site was sold for I'm pretty sure it's not a stolen theme.
I did a search for best wordpress magazine themes (on Flippa the domain is listed as a lifestyle magazine) and quickly looked at all of the ones that were listed. Though many could have been a heavily customized theme for Life'd, I think this theme is unique...or of course a heavily customized theme which is unique too I would say.

Way overpriced, 205$k - ouch some people have more money than sense. Anyway I swear I've seen this theme before - at least a very close copy of it.
