I think that this is a custom made design and not a theme.

I was gonna say the same thing, sure it's a custom cms theme and no, it's not a Wordpress site/theme.

This is not a custome theme like many here are assuming, go to themeforest and look for wordpress themes and look for it under the magazine theme.
There are several themes that are just like this one, what he has done is to make a few adjustments to it.
