They not the same shoes and the 2nd pic looks like some vans like a dark wheat suede or nubuck version of these:

nope, i tried tineye tho, it found nothing, Aaric is right, i just checked where the image is hosted (twimg.com which is a twitter domain)

OK, enough about that.
I'm more interested in the shoes. They're not vans they're more like brogues but more casual.

Spot on, Zara sells these kind of shoes, not sure if they have H&M in England, but they sell similar shoes too, but the quality is not as good as Zara's
