Anyone know what plugin this is?

Need a plugin similar to the one with the sliders on top. Once you click schedule an appointment is takes you to a checkout page where you can add on / upsell services by clicking on the boxes.

Might be custom made but if you guys know of anything similar for Wordpress I'd appreciate it

Based on a quick look at code I find this https://wordpress.org/plugins/wysija-newsletters plugin connected with that widget, maybe it's some custom code for that plugin, maybe you should check it out

Also for some sites you can use this site: https://whatwpthemeisthat.com/ it shows themes and plugins on certain website so I think you will need it (if you already knew for it sorry).

Thanks for the input! Starting to really think it's custom cause there's a few pricing calculator plugins similar but the checkout is a bit different.

Ran it through some sites that scan for WordPress themes and plugins but nothing

It uses the jQuery UI slider (snap to increments) http://jqueryui.com/slider/#steps
Other than that, they made a custom design for it.
