I want to send around 5 milliom sms i want to know something before I've order machine that i can put inside 512 sims but i dont really know how to find the best operator that will not block my sms someone know about it and working also about this and can help me? contact me at the PM

As far as I'm concerned any operator with unlimited SMS will block your outgoing SMS messages at some point.

Israel is like most countries in that it is illegal to spam by sms.

So, if you sent 5 million you would not only be breaking the law you could also be fined 1000 ils x 5 million times!
