The tabs are a variation of http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tabbed-widgets/
Search for "widget tabs" couple options available.

The Featured carousel is Jcarousel Search google for "wordpress featured jcarousel" Tou will find a bunch of solutions for you.

IIRC, revolution theme are all bundled with jquery carrousel as their feature box.

and listing categories just need an extra php command.
