From all I have heard you can do no more than 100-150 for the day from an aged warmed up account

I can tell you that the method is as safe as shoutouts. We've been growing hundreds of clients since 4 years and not even 1 of them got banned. If someone gets the account banned while using a Mother/Child strategy, it is because something else banned/disabled their account (for example : copyrights issue, violence/naked++ content, not authorized 3rd party service or even wrong automation process directly on the main account).

The take home message is : everything you do directly from your account can lead to a ban, if not appropriate. Promoting your account from other pages with DMs won't affect it (as long as you're not insulting everyone in the message )
