Anyone know Scott Seeley?

As you all know I am homeless.
This guy threatened legal action and to try and ruin my life over these 2 pictures of fireworks.
Not even 13 hours after the guy was threatening us with this.
Even after I had already removed them.he continues to follow me on a lot of Social Media sites and post this.
I know I was in the wrong, yes. However to come after someone who they even stated they know is homeless with legal threats, before just asking me to remove it.

What should I do at this point?

Just take down all his pics and move on. Once he sees that you aren't stealing from him then he will probably drop it.

Didn't plan on stealing it nor did I think sharing on Instagram needed manual citation.
My point is. I just don't think he need to be such an a*****e about it nor threaten someone over 2 images.
Not like I watermarked them or claimed them to be my original work.
Not trying to pass the blame but just the tactics that were used.
