Anyone know or tried this high-risk gateway?

Hello,

I have came across this high-risk payment gateway based in Singapore, called https://paycec.com anyone know if they’re legit?

i used these guys for 6 months and can confirm they are frauds.
they suddenly say "we are updating our systems" at the start of Febuary and stop accepting payments and even worse,they stop sending settlements.
i now have 4k Usd stuck with them and they dont even respond on skype anymore
 
most high risk gateways are scams because come on they are against visa/mastercard terms so how they will deal with it when even stripe can't go against them

it worked normally for 6 months? How long did it take for settlements when it was working and what were the fees like?
 
That's why I prefer to create multiple stealth accounts on Stripe or PayPal instead of using those random payment processors without any reliability
