I've hired a few people from Fiverr and some people from BHW but most of them aren't good enough. I require some research to be done and not just filler sentences. Anyone know of any threads or websites that are reliable?

$2 per 100 words is the cap. Niche is SEO/internet marketing and keyboards/PC review
