anyone know of anything like this?

I've been wondering (not sure if this even exists) if there was a company that you could submit a design to and they will print it on a Tshirt and mail it to you /dropship it to wherever you request, and at the same time be a reasonable cost (12 - 20)

and not just a "pastes the picture in the dead center of the shirt" but actually like, make a decent design and control where the image goes etc

yes. i have heard and seen one before but cannot recall the name right now. i would search google pretty deep and you should find it.
