I think something like this would be amazing for a mobile heavy traffic website, ironically they don't use this on mobile devices which i think would be ideal.

That site isn't a WP site but look for themes with Infinite Scroll, that might be what you are looking for

This is not Infinite Scroll. I honestly don't understand how they do that.

It is done using Ajax. Its where allot of website are going to now and frankly, its pretty annoying.
