I'm looking for s wordpress plugin that could customize website meta like the thumbnail, description and link before posting to facebook.
Any know of a simple one without all kinds of advance feature. Just a clean, simple one.

Wordpress SEO by Yoast. Super simple to do exactly what you are talking about. Once you activate the plugin at the bottom of every page/post will be a box with 4 tabs, the last tab says social. Just click that tab fill it out, and your good to go. Hope this helps.

yes yoast will customize links as wanted. you can use facebook publish to post automatically to facebook from wordpress
