Does anyone know of any good solutions to auto repsonding to facebook messages. I know you can do it on a business page but I need to be able to auto reply for items posted in the marketplace. All legit stuff but it just takes forever to reply to everyone.

Using Manychat for the last year. Have created bots and many chat flows for autoresponse with ads and general conversations
 
So manychats works with personal messenger and not just the business pages?

Usually it's for business pages. You can just create a simple business page with your name as the brand. I think automated messenger bots are generally used for business not personal

Is it possible to send people to the telegram channel, where will the bot give them all the answers?
