Sure you can have a service according to your needs. You only need a platform that can help you and provide you a service by customizing a plan for you. As you need to email 25-100k which can not provided by any small company. Bulk emailing is all about hitting the recipient Inbox not Spam, many companies just pay around and never provides what the customers are looking for. I have tried many softwares for email marketing but what I found the best is "Imailunlimited" they provide me everything that I need such as dedicated SMTPs IPs, Domain rotation. Many companies provide these services as free but you will find that your emails are caught by spam cops. Its because they provide you the "blacklists" IPs.I have personally experienced these all points and came to an end of using " Imailunlimited " for running campaign and sending emails. Also they also provide service to clear the email list " clearmyemaillist " it very effective and will highly recommend those who are using same contact list or updating the existing contact list to send emails. Cleanmyemaillist software will filter each and every email address so that when you?re using the contact list to send emails won't have fake addresses no duplicates also will filter spam cops.

I have a SMTP account available to be used for anyone than could need it, may be it can help somebody.

If you live in the US be sure to read up on the CAN-SPAM compliance rules. At the least provide an opt out link, and a physical address with each email.

For bulk mailing you require dedicated or VPS server.

If your using a 3rd party SMTP you can do much more than that.
However I use a drip feed with my AR at about 200 an hour. Which feeds my automated live email conversations.
