I'm not 100% sure, but would the free version of scrapebox's link checker be suitable?

I Have scrapebox, but i don't think it works anymore. it wont let me download it :(
 
if Majestic Seo fit for you,
you can use Market Samurai for check backlinks
 
I use these tools:
1. Blekko search engine - use url /inbound in the search box
2. Majestic SEO
3. OpenSiteExplorer
4. Backlinkwatch
5. Ahrefs
