I know a bit, currently learning... i do have some good Training videos from www.lynda.com .. i could probably share, but don't know if they are on some kind of 'no share' list though

I would recommend Objective C for Cocoa. Many will say that you can't make an Objective C program with a Windows computer, that is false.
