Anyone know how to use "better privacy" properly?

Installed it on firefox after reading it was very good. Heaps of options though, not sure how to set it up. I want to be able to create a new twitter user or facebook, or email etc. whatever and then close firefox down and start it up again and create a new one without being an issue. Dont want to do any damage to my info either if it does any.

set the add on to reset lso cookies everytime firefox restarts. So if you make 5-10 accts / proxy then close firefox. rinse and repeat, that's whats been working for me though. The issues would arise if you misuse them

I don't think you need to delete flash co**kies when registering in facebook. It doesn't store that kind of coo**kies. Just delete the normal ones.

BTW I have heard about twitter new privacy that tracks users.
