We have recently, set up a white label solution together with Flirt4free which did almost all the work fir us; we just have to promote it. but all the big boys in the adult industry have a white label solution available.

I wouldn't go down the road of setting up yourself.

How involved do you want to be? Do you want to create very thing from scratch and have the thousands of dollars needed to do this? Or, do you want to start out with a white label solution and test the water?
Or maybe something in between?

Not all white label sites are built the same and most are very restricted as to what you can do to modify the site and have very poor SEO design.
I have been working with many of the adult's largest companies for almost 20 years now.
I have decided to go into semi retirement and am selling my largest domain, NUDE .

shocked after 17 years you never put privacy on that domain A. great tld should get a pretty penny but jeez you could be raking it in with that tld, what gives? and why advertise it here for god's sake? if you really want top $ broker it.

Apposl, I'd be interested in taking you up on that.

I would like to know:

If someone goes the whitelabel route, as you don't control who the models are and if someone complaints about illegal content on the site: can you get into trouble? because if I buy my own domain, it is my name (even though I set it to privat). If something nasty happens, is the company who provided the whitelabel service the one in trouble or also I will be in trouble?

Here's a tidbit that will go ignored but will save asses in the future when the right ones find it... look for alternative market and uses. In everything.

If you search for "webcam dating site script", you won't find much that won't cost you an arm and a leg in the popular results...

If you search for "live customer support" software, which does the same fuckin' thing, you'll get more options. Albeit yes, in this particular instance, live support software costs more than your mother's weave but just hang with me... there's older and opensource resources for it, which ties into the next tidbit I have for you which could save you another couple years which is that when asking about making a dating site you'll hear a lot of times that you just HAVE to have it hard coded for it to be worthwhile at all, bullshit kindof, because these days most code is cobbled together from here and there and built on things some other person made that was OPEN SOURCE, what you have is that you can take one of those old programs and fit it to your needs or have it worked on by a coder for CHEAP because the framework is already there and you already know what needs to be altered.

An open source CMS + Helpdesk software could make a custom dating site with many options for free that these big script sellers like to charge for. This is something that you can largely do yourself with a little initiative and common sense, you don't have to be a full coder, just follow the install directions for both.

It is a difficult task bro! Go to Google :google2: and write 'how to start a pay webcam site". It will provide more than million results. I hope, you will never mind it.

Hey Noob, Stop Bumping too OLD threads.

I am in. I have a dozen or so ladies right now that I set up with my studio and am running everything through a few different cam sites. Pay is ok but they all take way to big of a percentage. I just joined to post this so I cant pm you yet. My partner is a sexy woman and she can recruit with the best of them. Let me know how this project is going or if you want to start it back up.
