I would highly recommend against trying to start your own cam site. It's a major undertaking ($$$ and effort) because not only do you have to get tons of traffic and models to get the ball rolling, you have to do them both at precisely the same time: the surfers have to see lots of girls to stick around and sign up, and if the girls don't get tons of surfers then they'll go to another site. If you screw up the timing at all then you'll fall flat on your face.
If you have your own models then it's pretty simple to just set up your own little studio with PCs and webcams, then you download the particular client app for each cam program you want your girls to appear on. You can have them on multiple networks at the same time using software like splitcam, manycam etc.
Alternately if you just want to have a cam site on your own domain but with an existing cam site's models and backends, most of the affiliate programs have an option for a whitelabel or co-brand where you can do that.
