I'm trying to run a specific click to call campaign for my niche using conversion ads. It has worked for me pretty well, however there is one thing that ends up screwing my ads.
So currently the only way you can possibly do conversion call campaigns is by having a button for customers to click on your landing page. The problem is that anytime a customer clicks that button it counts as a lead, even if they don't actually call. Eventually Facebook will count those people that are clicking the button and not calling (which I think are bots tbh) towards the pixel and it ends up ruining a ad since Facebook tries to find more people like them now.
Is there anyway possible to only count the people that actually called as leads? For instance I know Google Ads has a conversion tracking number that will only count calls that are 30, 60, 90 seconds long. Is there anything out like that and can be integrated with Facebook? I use CallRail currently but they have no idea what I'm talking about when I ask them, nor does Facebook. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.
