Anyone know how to get shout outs from 2M+ accounts?

I've been trying to search everywhere for particular large IG account for doing shout outs but I have no idea where to contact them or find them in a marketplace. There are many that have emails or their kiks in the Bio but then for example @hoenest and others don't but still do shout outs for other companies.

anyone know how this works?

What accounts to you have access to?

Im looking at @perfectsayings, @hoenest, sexualising etc. They dont have any contact infos in their bio
 
Can't you just message them? Even if they're not following you, they would still be able to see it.
 
I know that websites where you can sell shoutouts, such as shoutcart, igshoutouts have a few 2M+ accounts, so you can directly buy it from there or as was mentioned before just DM them, they would still able to see your message, and they will in most likely read your message, if it contains something that they can benefit from, such as selling shoutout, if it makes sense.
 
Im pretty sure those big accounts get lost of spam DMs and they dont reply to most.

First you have to check if they sell shoutouts. I looked at the latest photos and find that they don't. Could be wrong.
 
Then go with accounts that have their kik on the bio, I'm sure you can find a few of them that are big enough

If they see that you're interested in paying them for a shoutout, they might contact you. So, just try it.

They do sell shoutout. Most of them are only for 1-3 hours though.

Can DMs be seen from someone you dont follow though?

I'm pretty sure these's like an underground marketplace or something lol.
 
I think you should use Direct Messaging.. If that doesn't work than google them and see if you can come up with some kind of email or contact info.
