anyone know how to get area code phone numbers?

Looking for area code specific phone numbers that I can register with a registered name. Using for purposes of mobile marketing

Willing to pay .5 btc if someone can show me. (Not paying until after valid method is shown to me.)

I'm pretty sure Skype has this option.

Not sure if voip will work for what I need, thinking sim cards or something? But I have no idea how any of it works, so out of the loop.

There is very simple method bro.
You just need to install texplus on your phone.
If you have an i phone, after registered text plus they will supply you a free us text plus number but you can't choose the area of your number.
If you use android phone, after registered a text plus account and logined. Go to setting> Contact Info > get a free text plus number
choose an area, pick area code which you want --> text plus will make you a free text plus number with that area code. Should you don't like that number,just create another account and do the same step to get another number.
P/S: It is very easy .I have hundreds of US phone number by use this method.

I might be able to help, basically as potato165 stated text plus is a good option, there are also other options I know of that could help.
