Anyone know how to Fix Core Web Vital quickly?

My client's site got around 90+ scores both in Mobile and Desktop version in the page speed insight test and all the FCP, LCP, CLS are green for the entire months (test every day several times). But today I've got Core Web Vitals Assessment: Failed for the higher LCP. Meanwhile, I also notice the warning where it says - There is insufficient real-user data for this URL.

Now I wonder somehow the site has fewer visitors and as a result, my optimizations aren't working at all for the CWV test. Is there any way I can make the process faster or will sending bot traffics will work to provide the field data to the search console?

The speed test is flawed it can you show 90 yet failed, I feel it’s already working for the site give it some more time.

If you don’t want to wait install perfmatters, delay all JS by 4 - 5 and delay unused css, lazyload and off on two front image try these

How many URL's failed the LCP 2,5s limit? Check multiple type of pages aswell, category & products etc not just the homepage.

Here's your answer... your website does NOT pass core vitals.
Try testing using slower internet connection.

Around 400 URLs out of 600 indexed pages. Even the homepage also included in the sample URLs list :-(

But the below live test is showing all are green but it just can't pass the CWV test

No worries. The screenshot still made it all visible.

As per the CWV report, your FCP - https://web.dev/fcp/ and CLS - https://web.dev/cls/ are high. And you could stand to improve your LCP - https://web.dev/lcp/.

Not sure where CLS 19 comes from.

On the second run... you don't pass live test for me either.

Thanks, I removed that screenshot. I'll take a look again based on those.

Yes, now I'm also guessing that. 75% of traffics are driven from Mobile Devices as per the ChromeUX report. Maybe that's the key reason behind this

The process of how the files are loaded is not bad in some cases some of the JS files could be deffered but that's not helpful for the product page since the images there are loaded in a JS photo viewer, the main issue what seems to occur is the initial response time of your server: webpagetest <link removed>

Maybe your CDN is not configured optimal or the backend of the website is a mess. Not sure where the CLS score comes from, did your client maybe implement a temporary banner in the past month? Or something else that unexpectedly shifts the layout.

g.co/chromeuxdash is helpful as well if you want to see historical changes that your client has made.

Thanks a lot. Got the URL of the test result. Currently the site is under CloudFlare along with WP Rocket. Let me find the some other way of optimization
