Anyone know how to fake information?

Decade ago I remember I had to buy a prepaid cash card and load money into it. As I can remember when I was activating the card I had to say my name and I believe use my SSN. Is there a way I can get a card I can have for customer transactions so there funds can be loaded to that card and I can withdraw the funds from an ATM at a later date. Is there a card like this that I can use and input fake information when activating the card. I don't want my real name or SSN associated with the card.

I'm not doing illegal business online. I just don't want a paper trail or anyone knowing I have this business.

I know that if by registering the domain name that I will show up on the whois info even if I pay good money for privacy I know i will show up some where. I know if I do use fake info on the domain registry that by paying for it on my bank charge account I still will show up in a database providing info that I was the one who paid for it. Customer transactions with my information will be tagged along as well. I want to remain completely anonymous.

And, I don't think they ever check your details also.
