Anyone know how to extract .NET executable?

I need to extact an .executable file because there is a virus packed in with the file. I tried to use Uni-extract but it was unable to unpack the file because it was a .NET executable....tried 7zip and it also failed.

Anyone know of a good application that would allow me to unzip or decompress/decompile the file?
