There are plenty of .rar brute force password crackers.

The above is correct. Only method is brute force and if the password isn't simple. You're shit out of luck. RARs use AES encryption I believe or something very similar. Youd have better luck yelling at it to open than cracking that level encryption. Good luck.

I dont know of a working windows one click for this and like that guy above discovered you may as well be searching clash of clans hack for all the good google will do you with obvious phrases.
That said you used to be able to do it using the backtrack linux distro (probably still the same now for kali - no idea)
The process was use rar2john to extract the password hash from the rar. You then used john the ripper to bruteforce the hash. How well this goes depends on password strength and the dictionaries you use.
It worked for me when i forgot a password i set myself - but it was a simple word.
It didnt work when i tried to do this for a rar i downloaded. Well it might have eventually but it proved quicker to track down the original post with the password.

1- Make sure you have one only copy of that file.
2- SHIFT + DEL and the password will automaticaly apprear on a note file.
3- Quickly take a screen because the note file will autodelete itself after that
