anyone know how to break the twitter follow limit?

I have unfollowed some users who have not tweeted for awhile and don't use twitter. I follow back most of the users who follow me and I prefer to. I have tread tweeter's limit terms but I was wondering if anyone has found a way to break the limit rule and follow more people? more than 1000 per day? is there a website I could use or a free app?
Please help.

I'm not sure if it still works but if you have an android phone you can manually follow over a 1000
 
I doubt there is a way around that limit. But it's quite a lot.
 
Come on guys there has to be something. I know someone out there has the answer
 
there is a way to follow UNLIMITED amounts of people on twitter in one shot without getting banned (100k-1 Million targeted users in one follow session). I know a guy who can do it but he will never share the technique. this technique is very, very powerful.
