Anyone know how to block read receipts on instagram.com? (website, not app)

On Facebook, it was very simple to block read receipts- All you had to do was add a couple of lines to your custom rule list on your preferred adblocker.
Instagram now offers DMing through their web interface (instagram.com), and I would like to know how to do the same there. Can anyone help me out?
