Anyone know how to add a Youtube search function to your blog?

I'm looking to create a page on my website where users can search Youtube and the results will display within my website as embedded videos. Also would be good to be able to filter the results for the users to certain niches. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can achieve this?

I cant find a simple solution so I'm thinking it may have to be custom code with constant updating .

There may be a simple way of doing this... or no practical way at all. Just looking for ideas/experience etc.
