Anyone know how is this site able to run media content through cloudflare?

vidlink.pro runs all videos through cloudflare, which is against TOS and especially for this type of content (movies). How are they able to do this, does anyone know? I see that they dont use file extension and probably try to hide it is video, but still there is plenty of traffic, wouldn't that raise some kind of suspicion?
