Anyone know about PeerFly?

I saw some few videos on YouTube about PeerFly and have bit learned how they doing with Voluum or BeMob. I saw how they copied link (Affiliate link) from PeerFly and put on Voluum like ''Tonic'' etc and run ads then earn money from click? Am I right?

I have no problem pay on Voluum or BeMob but my problem I am not 100% sure if I can doing myself without knowledge or helping. PM me if you are interested or you know very good about PeerFly and I can pay you but first explain me correct how and will pay you. Thanks!

You can hire someone to do the work, but keep in mind mentoring isn't permitted ( IF that is what you're asking for ).
