Research how to make TransferFrom calls with low GWEI, works on pretty much any (EVM) token that has the TransferFrom func. Pretty straightforward to do. You could also make a py script and connect it to the contract through ABIs - a bit more complicated to do but if the token is behind a proxy SC you’ll need to (I think USDT is behind a proxy SC on some chains).
 
I also don't understand what it does when it doesn't list on the floor
