You can use Meta Business Suite for basic replies, but tools like NapoleonCat or CommentGuard are better for automating ad comments and replies.
 
Nothing like that until you hire somebody to code it for you. But it will cost more money. I still believe that most of tool out there are sus. Be careful with your information

As far as i know, There aren’t good tools for automating comments.
But i see some options here in the replies so i am gonna check some of them.
 
It sounds like what you’re looking for could be better handled with tools designed for managing social media workflows rather than something that directly automates posting into Meta ads.
