There aren’t many reliable tools specifically for automating comments and replies on Meta Ads due to platform restrictions. However, some social media management tools like ManyChat or MobileMonkey offer automation for comment replies on Facebook Ads. You might want to check those out

just set up an automated workflow that triggers replies based on new interactions on your Meta ads.

you can use meta business suite for basic comment replies and scheduling, or manychat and napoleoncat to automate replies and manage interactions. for posting images or bulk comments, some people also combine it with tools like pabbly connect to streamline everything.
 
As far as I know, there isn’t really a direct automation tool that Meta officially supports for posting to ad comments.
 
Try ManyChat, MobileMonkey, or NapoleonCat to auto-reply to Meta ad comments, and combine with Meta Business Suite or Pabbly Connect to post images/comments.

you can look at tools like manychat or mobilemonkey—they let you automate replies to comments and sometimes schedule posts. for full ad comment posting, using facebook’s creator studio or a social media management tool like buffer or hootsuite can help too.

I’ve heard names like ManyChat but haven’t tried yet. Do they actually run stable with ad comments? I’m worried about risking the account, but manual replying takes too much time

There are many tool, or you can even set your own automation inside the meta. But If you want advance, yes should try a tool which can works with API of the ads of itself.
 
I have never used such a tool but I think there will be. But I do not support the abuse of tools for spamming because it greatly affects the authenticity of the account, Fb can flag your account
 
I had the same need, and after testing a few options recommended here, I found that using ManyChat together with Publer worked pretty well
 
If you want to be "easy and fun", use Chatfuel. If you want to be "professional and manage scale", use Statusbrew. If you want to "play AI hard", choose CommentGuard.
