anyone know a shortcut key for copy and paste?

hey guys...

I think if I don't stop pressing the ctrl+v keys to complete a paste, I'm going to go nuts or get carpel..

is there anyway to somehow incorporate an F function key as a shortcut with a one touch rather than having to press two keys to complete a paste?

my hands will thank you....(that might be taken the wrong way?)

Tape the CtrL key down with some duct tape ;-D

I would use duct tape, but that means I'd have to go down into the basement, unlock the door to the crawl space, crawl all the way back into the corner, then lift up my ex's body, and remove the duct tape from over my ex's mouth.....what a hassle!
