Anyone know a service to buy Virtual phone numbers with sms auto-reply function?

Hello Good People,

Anyone knows a service where you can buy international phone numbers to send and receive sms, that has an autoreply function? Ideally, sending receiving sms would be free, or very very cheap.

I know Hushed app as it, but only offers numbers for UK, Canada and USA. TextMagic has this but is a bit costly (0.04/text and numbers can be 10$/25$ each).
