Anyone know a nice template for a webcrawler webservice?

I want to create a platform for my clients to use my webcrawler on a subscription base and now I am looking for a nice template for the website. I want to work on the backend myself, so just needs to be a nice looking front that works with my idea.

Basically just need them to log in to an account, have a pay portal, and then be able to upload links so it can scrape those websites with a basic model, and a premium service where they can contact me directly and I can set up a custom scraper that they can use until they stop paying.

Anyway. Just need a nice template that works with that idea. Anyone got something nice?
