Do people here actually use the services they suggest? SMSPV AND GETSMS are shit tier providers. good 6 years ago. garbage now.
Use them if you want to waste time and money with a number fucked by half the people on bhw.

haha, was thinking the same. And OP asks for reusable phone numbers as well. It can become pretty pricey to rent a number full-time, I would suggest to setup your own setup if you need reusable numbers, will be a lot cheaper.

Why not code an app that tunnels it's users own mobile connections to you, (scrape/log whatever you want) and then back to them, then promote it as a FREE PRoXy GeNeRaToR?

There is no cheap service like this. The setup and maintenance costs are high for it itself, add profit margins and you end up with a service that can cost up to 15-20$ per number, monthly. It can't be cheap.

That's not true. I am still using SMSPVA to CREATE accounts and they are solid. If the numbers would be abused, then it would be impossible to create using same phone number that was used before. They're solid, that's all that I am saying.
