It's very easy to find replica suppliers based in China, and, in my opinion reps from China are miles better than most Turkey reps.
Most Chinese sellers are on Taobao, Weidian, etc. you can buy the goods using a warehouse in China and then dropship it to the customer.
 
I would also recommend sourcing in china - chinese are easier to deal with than turkish people and they also have better prices. There are also some guys in china offering DDP shipping for replicas, so you wont have to deal with the customs clearance this way.

If you ship to EU some Chinese agents have an IOSS system that prepays the VAT, doesn't always work though.
Alternatively you could also use triangle shipping lines, however the packages take longer to arrive, but you pay no customs fee.

The main issue with dropshipping from China is the factories/sellers their inventory isn't accurate and it can take some time for domestic shipping from the seller -> your warehouse in China.
All in all it usually takes 1.5 - 2 weeks before the customer receives their goods, you could buy stock and store it in the China warehouse but that kind of defeats the point of dropshipping.

Yeah the only way around long shippig times is shipping domestically from EU to the customer. But this would involve having infrastructure in place and I also dont think that any fulfillment provider would mess around with replicas.
 
You should see the vaults that users buy on FashionReps reddit and then trace the seller, this way you have a review and information on the quality. If you are looking for high quality.
