Yea, search for some "offshore" hosting. Means you can host anything there. I'm not sure about xRumer tho.

I don't know how biohost is these days, I heard they received a lot of complaints over the time the new owner was in charge. I think the original owner got it back and planned on restoring it though.

How long the ip get list on SBL ? If not very frequently I can help . I have a few ip list on it but still running normally .

spam host worked for me, i run xrumer,scrapbox, they are even allowing to send mails..as a customer..i was happy. some host says they allow thing but once you pay money they block your account and eat up your money too..so when you go for dedicated hosting..please be careful...as far as my experience is concern, i lost money in russian company but spamhost worked well for me. they charge near 300 bucks for each month.
