Anyone know a good cpa advertiser?

I tried going with azoogle but they need a lot of information including w-9 forms and what-not. I am looking for a rather prosperous cpa program that will allow people under 18 in.

Im pretty sure 99% of all CPA companies will not accept anyone under 18. I usually just lied when I was underage and as long as you dont make more than $600 a year they wont report it (or at least thats what a porn AM told me when I was 15).
