Anyone know a good consistent proxy?

Hi, I need to access a certain forum, but the problem is that I've been IP banned from the forum for the past 5 years. I have tried using proxies to return, but the problem is that the admin clearly googles the IP addresses of all new registrations. Does anyone know a good consistent proxy that looks like a regular IP address/range, and can NOT be found on a blacklist via a google search?
