I've looked at a few online of course. Can''t find one that allows you to pay without using G checkout or PP (hate them lol). i just want to pay with my CC, or free would be even better!

Try to look for banners + 2CO (2checkout) in the big G to see if you find some. Good luck

you could ask in forums and sites like reddit. those are filled with graphic designers looking to cut their teeth and post their work for everyone to see.

I really like Flashvortex. They have a lot of flash banners you can customize (has a watermark though) or I think you can pay like $10-15 yearly to remove watermark. I have used them for awhile now and I think it's worth the few bucks. I'm pretty sure you can pay with CC but not positive...

Try sneaking around Fiverr and contacting one of the better rated banner creators
