Iam not sure how they react, if yes what do you advertise ...

Would someone mind explaining the difference between redirecting and cloaking? especially if you are doing the redirection in a way that the referrer couldn't see where you initially came from (through a refresh).

Well i just was thinking about redirection - in the header of a webpage -...so they click my webpagelink but get directly to the affiliate link. This is not enough ?
 
Which adsense offers pay good..most of them are only pennies :/
