Anyone is using VoltRank?

Personally I'm using it for about 3 or 4 months already. Didn't see any improvements yet... except, pagerank of my sites, maybe, they are pr2-pr3, but still not sure that's because of them or not.
Just need your opinion, I'm wasting my time with these kind of links or not? Do they still effective?

where are you from and if you are using adsense with it than immediately remove ads.

i started to try before panda and before panda worked well but arfer panda algo seems not so much effective...can any other free backlink web site suggestion?
