I've tried 3 times and 3 times it turned sour, especially at this time of the year.
I think you are better off buying a website with a revenue.

Alot of times people who invest dont have money to begin with...they get antsy, paranoid, wants to micromanage and "f" up the whole relationship.

If you can invest real money, stay the hell out the way to get paid, (much like what happens when you borrow from a bank), then I might be interested.

I have an Amazon Niche site i've had for about 6 months now, I've been building it constantly, I'm adding more pages every week or so. I'm at #2 and #4 for a couple of keywords. If you invested it in an SEO service on BHW for my site, I could give you back more than the cost of the service in a few months.

It's already making a few hundred per month, but if I can get a few pages to #1, it'll start coming in a lot quicker.

I got a site making around 2 grand a month profit and have a full staff of SEo people managing it. All you would have to do is send off orders each day. Has potential to make way more but I just don't have time nor the skills to test copy and conversions etc... Traffic has been increasing each month and so has sales. Proof provided, PM if interested
