Anyone interested in a reliable Snapchat API/bot?

It would allow for sending and receiving snaps, getting people's stories, really anything you can do within the app. Would also include automation and batch jobs if people are interested in that.

How much would you pay for such a service?

I'd be interested in it.. But I think the importance is to understand how it can help provide account growth; not just post / receive services.
 
Things I look for in an API:

  • Response time. You've got to be pretty damn quick responding to my requests, and frequent timeouts mean that I'm done with you.
  • Scalability. I want the same performance whether I'm making 1 request per second or 1000.
  • Full REST compliance, making use of HTTP methods rather than me having to post everything to you.
  • Amazing documentation, and active communication with the developers.
If you can pull off this correctly, I'd take a look.

Doesn't snapchat frequently ban applications from using their API?
I can't imagine they would like such a bot.

Yes they are and yes this bot wont be working for a long or at all, I was looking and searching and working on some of snapchat bots for 3 or more years so these talks about easy API bots makes me fckin laugh but yes its freedom - guys can try this, nothing bad :)
 
I understand the difficulties in making one, but I'm working on an approach that would be 100% reliable, it would just have certain periods of slightly slower performance. Overall though, it would meet Iguana's specifications above for the majority of the time.

I'm just trying to figure out if it is worthwhile -- about how much would you be willing to pay for this?

I can make $1000 a day if I had a reliable way to send mass snaps out. Very blackhat but I've ran small campaigns before and it works like no other.
