Anyone supply fireworks from China to UK?

I guess reg's are tight on this product? How do you deal with quality control?

Anyone on the bizz in the UK?

Thanks

i've done a bit of research. Plenty of sites in China but do they pass UK law? And I hear new reg's are coming out soon? I mean Fireworks are seriously dangerous and the last thing i want is poor quality ones being passed onto families etc...

Only buy fireworks marked BS 7114 - this is the British Standard that all fireworks should meet (a reputable shop will know this)

and this:

Fireworks for private use, and from a registered seller, can only be sold:

between 15 October and 10 November - around Bonfire Night
between 26 December and 31 December - for New Year's Eve
three days before Diwali and Chinese New Year

For the rest of the year, you will only be able to buy fireworks from shops that are licensed to supply them.

Another thought is that fireworks normally go with glow in the dark sticks, bracelets, necklaces etc.

Knew a guy who made good money importing those and hired some kids to sell it for him at firework/evening events.

I can get authentic, I have a friend who organise show for a living.
