You definitely have good potential for your IG page with the supplemental promotion VIA your Facebook account. Keep the cross promotion consistent but not spammy for a good growth trend, just my 2 cents!
Once you're ready to start monetizing, start examining the landscape of your niche. Make a spreadsheet db of the major players on both sides of the shoutouts aisle, aisle 1 being all the influential accounts(Follow those!) and on the other side, the brands and people who buy shoutouts from them. Identify the brands who buy regular shoutouts and approach them with rates competitive to comparable IG pages as yours.
Another good thing you can do is join a shoutout selling site, Like IG Shoutouts. They even have an app for approving/denying shoutout requests and fulfilling them!
